Northern Line to Oval. St Mark’s is directly opposite when you come out of the tube station.
You can also use Vauxhall (Waterloo mainline and Victoria line) if you don’t mind a ten minute walk!

Parking
There is a church car parking area at the front of the church with some on street parking at weekends.

BOOKINGS
MONTGOMERY HALL
Montgomery Hall consists of one large hall which seats approximately 180 people and one smaller hall with attached professional kitchen facilities and a lawn to the rear available for hire. It is opposite the Kennington Oval cricket ground, two minutes walk from the main church, one minute from Oval tube and five minutes walk from Vauxhall mainline/tube station. From January 2026, the hall is no longer available for event bookings, but is instead used to support church led activities and other existing long term community users. We are no longer accepting any new bookings.

WEDDINGS/BAPTISMS
St Mark’s is a great venue for your wedding and reception, and we are happy to help you to plan your big day. In church law, in order to be married at St Mark’s one or both of you must fulfil one of the criteria below:

Live in the parish

Be on the church’s Electoral Roll (membership list)

Have a historic family connection with the church (we can advise on what this means)
