About
‘We love because He first loved us’ - 1 John 4:19

A friendly, growing church with an amazing variety of people. St Mark’s is a place where you can find faith, friendship, space to wrestle with life’s big questions, and hope for the future.

We believe we exist as a church to worship God, to love and disciple one another in a diverse family and to demonstrate the love of Jesus through serving our local community. We encourage each other to develop and share in the gifts of the Holy Spirit for God’s glory.

Our congregation is made up of over 100 adults, plus a significant number of children and young people who are an important part of the church family. We also have a very ‘local’ feel as the majority of us live within 20 minutes drive of the church, which enables us to devote time throughout the week to each other and to community activities.

St Mark’s is committed to keeping everyone safe and well in all our buildings and activities and follows the guidelines of A Safe Church.

Services

We have two Sunday services at 10:30am and 6:30pm.

Both are generally informal in style, with times of sung worship (led by a group of musicians and singers in a contemporary style), Bible readings, a sermon, prayers, and often a time of response/reflection.
